Langham Hospitality Group announces that The Langham, London, The Langham, Chicago and The Langham, Hong Kong have been rated Five-Star hotels by Forbes Travel Guide in its 2019 star rating list today.

A newly minted Five-Star rated hotel by Forbes Travel Guide, The Langham, London was opened in 1865 as Europe’s first ‘Grand Hotel’. With an unrivalled location at the top of Regent Street, the hotel underwent an extensive transformation and today offers luxurious guestrooms and suites which are classically styled and evokes a warm residential ambience. Known for its impeccable service, The Langham’s renowned bars and restaurants include the Palm Court which has been serving Afternoon Tea for over 153 years, award-winning Artesian Bar, Roux at The Landau restaurant and The Wigmore, all overseen by culinary icon Michel Roux Jr.

Located within the 52 storey landmark AMA Plaza (formerly the IBM building) designed by the renowned architect Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, The Langham, Chicago offers 316 guest rooms and suites. The luxury hotel also features a 22,000 square feet Health Club housing Langham’s signature Chuan Spa which is also a Forbes Travel Guide 2019 Five-Star rated Spa. Also known for its fine art collection, the hotel houses more than 150 pieces of distinctive artworks.

The Langham, Hong Kong is located in the heart of vibrant Kowloon, next to Canton Road in the Tsim Sha Tsui district and is surrounded by the luxury flagship stores of the world’s most famous designer labels and only mere minutes away from the historic Star Ferry, the hotel has the dazzling Victoria Harbour as its backdrop. The hotel features 498 luxurious guest rooms and suites and key highlights include the legendary Three Michelin-starred T’ang Court Cantonese restaurant, which is one of only five Cantonese restaurants in the world to have achieved this accolade.
