From winter 2013/2014 onwards, the team at ›Palace Wellness,‹ supervised by Spa Advisor Martha Wiedemann, offers guests the new »Shape Up Deluxe« package – for an efficient and easy way to sculpt the body in an exclusive atmosphere. With the help of professional staff, clients will be guided through the process of fat burning and weight reduction. Five personal training sessions on consecutive days will tighten and firm the body. The lessons last 50 minutes each and include one workout session, two Pilates lessons, one aqua gym class and one cross-country lesson in winter or one Nordic walking lesson in summer, with an emphasis on supporting the individual problem areas. Alongside the exercise programme, the package includes an extensive treatment schedule: a lymphatic drainage (50 minutes), a body shape detox (180 minutes), two toning massages (80 minutes each) and a sports massage (50 minutes).

The »Shape Up Deluxe« package can be booked from CHF CHF 4’860.00 (approx. US $ 5’344.00) for six nights in a Superior Single room or from CHF 8’820.00 (approx. US $ 9’700.00) in a Superior Double room and includes the five training sessions, five treatments, six set dinners either in the elegant ›Le Restaurant‹ or in cosy ›Chesa Veglia‹ (excluding beverages), a cable car ticket/ski pass covering the whole region, as well as transfers to and BPH_Wellness_Treatment Centre_Spa Suite_Irisfrom Corviglia mountain railway for the duration of the stay.

With the »Palace Beauty« package guests at Badrutt’s Palace Hotel can achieve the gain without the pain. For three days everything revolves around beauty. After a hair treatment (80 minutes), a rejuvenating facial treatment with “Eva J Swiss Care” (80 minutes), a body polish treatment (50 minutes) as well as a manicure and pedicure with nail polish application

(80 minutes each), nothing stands in the way of a glamorous performance on the red carpet, a first date or wedding day. The »Palace Beauty« package can be reserved from CHF 2’160.00 (approx. US $ 2’375.00) in a Superior Single room or from CHF 4’140.00 (approx. US $ 4’552.00) in a Superior Double room. In addition to the treatments, the arrangement includes three set dinners in ›Le Restaurant‹ or in ›Chesa Veglia‹(excluding beverages), a cable car ticket/ski pass for the whole region, as well as transfers to and from Corviglia mountain railway for the duration of the stay.

Throughout the winter season the team at ›Palace Wellness‹ also organises individual lessons in cross-country skiing, Pilates, yoga and personal training. For further private sessions a personal outdoor sports guide can be booked at any time for CHF 150.00 (approx. US $ 165.00). The ›Palace Wellness‹ is a refuge, completely committed to exclusivity, tradition and the history of Badrutt’s Palace Hotel. The heart of the 1600 sq-m (17222 sq ft) spacious wellness area is the ›Palace Spa/Wet Zone‹ with indoor pool, hot tub, multiple saunas, steam rooms and a heated outdoor pool, offering a spectacular view of the Engadin Alps.
