The Leonard, luxury hotel in London, doubles its direct bookings with GuestCentric’s e-commerce solution

GuestCentric, the leading provider of cloud-based digital marketing software for hotels, announced today that The Leonard Hotel, a luxury boutique hotel of 48 rooms in London, UK, has selected GuestCentric as its booking engine provider.

Right at the heart of London, one of the most vibrant capitals in the world, The Leonard Hotel is at the center of London’s top spots like Oxford Street, Marble Arch and Hyde Park. The hotel also prides itself of providing its guests with a truly intimate feel, with all accommodations designed and elegantly decorated in a traditional style, all with original period fixtures and a wealth of antique artwork.

“At first I thought GuestCentric’s price was a bit high, but seeing their flawless integration with Siteminder’s channel manager, I decided to replace the Booking Button as it was much better aligned with the luxury positioning of our hotel,” said Giuseppe Palolelli, Sales & Revenue Director at The Leonard Hotel. “Once the system was up and running, integrated with Siteminder and generating direct bookings, it proved to be the perfect solution for us. By the end of the first week, our investment on GuestCentric had already more than paid off”.
