Michelin has announced the next round of its MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong Macau Dining Series International Chef Showcase. Following the same four-hands collaboration format with some of the world’s finest Chefs, this round of International Chef Showcase, in collaboration with Official Title Partner Melco Resorts, will feature French Chef Fabrice Vulin from 2-Michelin-starred The Tasting Room in Macau and Roberto Cerea, from the 3-Michelin-starred Da Vittorio in Bergamo, Italy.

Representing their respective restaurants, Chef Vulin (Tasting Room) and Roberto Cerea (Da Vittorio) will work together in creative harmony to present a special 9-course dinner tasting menu for discerning guests, paired with excellent wines handpicked by Robert Parker Wine Advocate. Their exquisite joint menu will only be showcased at The Tasting Room in the City of Dreams integrated resort from 9 – 10 November, 2018.

“We always strive for excellence, so for this collaboration, I chose Chef Roberto — the very best chef in Italy. The dishes presented by Da Vittorio are the Cerea family’s old recipes that have been passed down to the second generation. For The Tasting Room, we have created complementing dishes that are a reflection of my classic culinary training roots, as well as new inspirations and techniques acquired along the way. At the end of the meal, expect a thrilling live presentation of the Cannoncini and Gioconda, says Fabrice Vulin, Executive Chef of The Tasting Room.
