Executive Chef Alfredo Rodriguez has prepared a five-course menu (HKD520 per person) with restaurant’s asador favourites, delectable seafood and hearty steak dishes perfect for sharing between two.
Start with sharing plates of Oysters and Spanish Jamon Iberico ham, followed by restaurant signatures of fresh Tuna Tataki, grilled Galician Octopus and sizzling Huevos Rotos (Broken Eggs) topped with boletus mushrooms and black truffle. For the main course, the tender and juicy Spanish Chateaubriand is served with potato gratin and a rich jus. To finish is Chef Alfredo’s surprise Enamorados or ‘lovers’ dessert.
For the perfect drink to end the night why not try the Valentine’s special, An Optimist in Love (HKD100). Mixed with a swirl rose essence, fresh lychee, gin and a dash of pink pepper.
