Four teams of Australian travel agents are well and truly covering some ground in their Race Around Northern California famil this week.
Upon touching down in Northern California the 4 groups set off on separate itineraries to discover different regions in Northern California including Napa Valley, Sonoma, North Lake Tahoe, South Lake Tahoe, Yosemite and Sacramento.
The Race Around Warriors team had the ultimate American lake experience in South Lake Tahoe on mountain gondola and tubing rides before enjoying the local cuisine and landscape of Sonoma country. The 49er’s team have jumped on board a Sonoma Savannah to get up close and personal with the local Sonoma wildlife in an exotic African savannah setting before visiting the iconic Yosemite falls.
The Kings team explored Napa Valley on a Wine Trolley tour before travelling to Sacramento and visiting a number of top tourist destinations. The group even pedaled on a 15-passenger bicycle to visit a number of local pubs and restaurants. The Giants team has been enjoying North Lake Tahoe and will also be stopping in to the beautiful Napa Valley as they race back to San Francisco.
Once crossing the finish line the 60 agents will enjoy two days together exploring San Francisco.
