Fall is the perfect time of year for a meeting or conference at The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel. Rates for conferences, board retreats, incentive trips and other group bookings start from $229 for the fourth quarter of 2013.

Over the years, other resorts opened, but none with the spectacular beachfront location and extraordinary service of The Ritz-Carlton. To remain relevant among the competition, the resort reimagined itself and has recently unveiled enhancements to all 396 guestrooms. The new room design reflects the sparkle of the Pacific Ocean and creates a sense of warmth. Outdoor fireplaces are prominently featured on the patios of first floor oceanfront rooms.

Featuring ocean front meeting space, The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel allows attendees to be refreshed, renewed and rejuvenated encouraging participants to be more engaged, more thoughtful and more productive. Fall meeting opportunities are available to groups utilizing 10 or more guest rooms at the ocean-front resort. Rates are not applicable to groups already confirmed at the resort and are based on availability and subject to change without notice.

The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel offers nearly 30,000 square feet of meeting, conference and banquet function space. With eighteen unique meeting rooms, the resort can accommodate gatherings ranging in size from seven to 700. The Pacific Promenade is a stand-alone ballroom that offers guests sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean and 4,800 square feet of unobstructed space. The resort’s indoor meeting space is complemented by 18 acres of outdoor garden courtyards, pool terraces, oceanfront lawns and two miles of sandy beach.
