The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach Reels in a Fresh New Dining Concept for Guests

The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach is casting a fresh, new alfresco seafood dining experience called “Bait & Switch” at The DiLido Beach Club, the only oceanfront restaurant and lounge in Miami Beach.

Friday and Saturday evenings, guests can choose a favorite catch of the day, tell the chef how they would like it prepared, pick a spice, flavor or sauce to top it off, and pair their fresh-from-the-sea feast with two delectable side dishes including mojo yuca fries, malt vinegar chips, sweet potato hash and pineapple coleslaw.

“We hand out menu cards to our guests as they are first seated,” says Chef de Cuisine Andres Meraz “what happens next is completely up to their taste. The combinations of fresh seafood and cooking methods are endless. We want guests to really experience the true meaning of sea-to-table.”

The Bait & Switch menu offers weekly local catches at market price. Guests can enjoy Miami waterfront dining and toast the night away with unlimited Vueve Clicquot Champagne for $45 USD per person. Casual yet elegant, The DiLido Beach Club is the perfect place to savor a meal and spend time with loved ones while enjoying the breathtaking view of South Beach.
