Luxury hotel collection, The Set, has appointed Heavens Portfolio as representative in Hong Kong, Singapore, China, Taiwan and India for its feature properties, Hotel Café Royal, London, and Conservatorium Hotel, Amsterdam.

The company will oversee all sales, marketing and public relations activities.

The collection of individual hotels has been created to redefine the concept of the luxury hotel for sophisticated, design literate travellers of the 21st century.

Located in existing landmark buildings, each member of The Set is rooted in the history and culture of its location as well as the contemporary needs and desires of its guests.  Architects and designers of the calibre of Piero Lissoni, David Chipperfield and Jean-Michel Wilmotte have been recruited to marry the old with the new and create beautiful grand hotels.

Heavens Portfolio will be instrumental in the brand’s positioning in the region, leveraging the distinctive offering and unique heritage of each property to key travel partners and direct customers in the leisure, business and MICE segments.

“For almost a decade, our company has brought the most unique and luxurious travel experiences to Asia.  We are thrilled to be working with The Set and strengthening awareness of the individual hotel brands in our key markets,” commented Heavens Portfolio Managing Director, Christine Galle Luczak.

Conservatorium Hotel – Standing on the famous site of Amsterdam’s former Sweelinck Conservatory of Music, this magnificent Neo-Gothic building has been transformed into a contemporary, luxury hotel. Featuring 129 bedrooms and suites, Conservatorium Hotel is located in the centre of Amsterdam’s museum district on Van Baerlestraat and is close to The Rijksmuseum, the Van Gogh Museum and the Royal Concertgebouw.

Café Royal Hotel – the fabled Café Royal has been reincarnated as a luxury hotel in the heart of London’s West End. Grand historic areas have been sensitively restored while 159 guestrooms and suites (including six historic suites) have been created in a contemporary yet refined style.

The Set currently comprises Conservatorium Hotel, Amsterdam (opened December 2011), Café Royal Hotel, London (opened December 2012) and Hotel Lutetia, Paris (coming soon).
