Located in Singapore at the iconic Marina Bay Sands integrated resort, The Shoppes contested with strong global contenders – the Armada Shopping Centre in Turkey, CapitaMall Jinniu in Chengdu, China, and the Victoria Place Shopping Centre in the UK – to clinch the title.

Organized by Retail & Leisure International (RLI) magazine, The Global RLI Awards recognizes and rewards the most innovative and imaginative retail and leisure concepts worldwide. The distinguished judging panel comprised world industry leaders in retail, leisure, development and design, representing the highest standards in today’s retail arena.
The Shoppes won its first global accolade – the “RLI International Shopping Centre 2012” – awarded by the RLI back in 2012. It was also awarded “Best Shopping Experience” at the Singapore Experience Awards 2014 by the Singapore Tourism Board.
Since opening in 2010, The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands has grown and amassed the largest collection of luxury labels under one roof in the region, with more than 170 luxury and premium brands in the form of stunning flagship stores as well as duplex and triplex stores. This spans across bespoke menswear, women’s collections, luxury children’s labels, as well as luxury watch and jewellery brands.
