Not for nothing is the Sukosol Bangkok known as the ‘Grande Dame’ of Sukosol hotels.

However, this does not mean that you have to miss out on the fascinating city life Bangkok has to offer. The Sukosol is ideally situated in the heart of Bangkok with Phaya Thai skytrain station and Airport Rail Link stations just a short walk away.

The Queen Sirikit National Convention Center is just a 10 minute drive from the hotel and activities, sights, shopping and dining are in easy reach.

Like all other facilities they boast spectacular interior décor combining traditional Thai aesthetics with European contemporary art.

Highlights of the hotel include the Sapphire bar, a sophisticated, chic hotel bar modelled after a decadent Shanghai Art Deco bar from the 1920’s. The bar has made a name for itself by offering the most creative drinks, tapas and live jazz music.

The Spa includes five private treatment rooms and a glorious open-air teak massage pavilion beside the pool. A well-equipped gym is on the same floor of the hotel.

Breakfast can be taken with the skyline of Bangkok as a backdrop and the Sukosol offers excellent dinner options with three restaurants serving the best of Thai, Chinese and international cuisine.

The importance of art to design concept is evident from the moment you enter the hotel lobby blessed with displays of exquisite antiquities, each piece collected by the hotel owners.
