The District Sunday Brunch is all about enjoying the finest things in life – delicious food, crafted cocktails, trendy music with a good company of family and friends.

We invite our guests to relax in an intimate and relaxed setting of The District Grill Room & Bar which is inspired by the meatpacking district in New York while being pampered by our friendly associates.

Executive Chef Nathan Chilcott and The District’s Chef de Cuisine Christian Caluwaert carefully select the best seasonal produce and premium ingredients to create magic with food at The District Sunday Brunch.

The District Sunday Brunch starts with an array of mouthwatering appetizers, cheese and wine followed by an amazing array of seafood on ice, our premium carving station and a delectable selection of District signatures from a specially crafted a’ la carte menu, culminating with a sweet lovers’ paradise in a private ‘Dessert’ room.


Seafood aficionados can indulge in a sumptuous display of delicacies featuring mouthwatering Normandie and Fine de Clair Oysters, Alaskan King Crab legs, Blue Swimmer Sand Crab, chilled Tiger Prawns and Brown Crab claws. Salmon and Tuna Tartar, smoked, cured and marinated variety of the finest Norwegian Salmon. A selection of Caviar served with blinis, capers and sour cream.

The District open-kitchen offers a visual culinary treat, guests can select their mains from the best of The District Grill Room and Bar such as Fresh Truffle Risotto, Truffle Scrambled eggs, Norwegian Grilled Salmon, Confit Duck Leg, Australian premium Steak and Lamb Chops apart from a selection of the finest carving stations as well as a Foie Gras and Seared Hokkaido Scallops station.
