CHECK IN ONLINE FOR STRESS-FREE TRAVEL

To save time and minimize stress at the airport, the possibility to check in online up to 30 hours before departure allows customers to confirm their presence on the flight, choose their seat and obtain their boarding pass.

There are four simple steps to follow when checking in online at airfrance.com:

. Identify yourself with your Flying Blue card number, e-ticket number or reservation number;
· Select the flight and the passenger(s) concerned;
· Choose your seat on the cabin seating plan;
· Choose how you want to receive your boarding pass: print it out immediately, receive it by email or SMS/MMS, print it out at the airport at a self-service kiosk or at the check-in desk.

At the airport, simply proceed to the express baggage drop-off point, where an agent will take care of your baggage. Checking in is that simple; now all you have to do is make your way to the boarding area!

ENJOY PERSONALIZED SERVICES AT THE AIRPORT

Enjoy a stress-free airport experience with personalized services at the airport. These services enable you to benefit from assistance from an Air France agent throughout your time at the airport via the terminal’s priority channels: on departure, arrival and when you have a connection*.

Other additional made to measure services are available, such as:

· a transfer from the airport into the city (and vice-versa) by chauffeur-driven car or motorbike at Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Paris-Orly,
· a baggage service at Paris-Charles de Gaulle on departure and arrival: on departure, baggage is pre-checked in at the customer’s home and transferred directly to the aircraft. On arrival, baggage is delivered directly to the customer’s address.

*At Paris-Charles de Gaulle, these personalized services can be ordered up to two hours before departure for a long-haul flight and one and a half hours before departure for a short or medium-haul flight. At other airports served by Air France, this service is also available, subject to the availability of agents.

EASY BOARDING WITH PASSBOOK

The Air France iPhone app* is compatible with Passbook. Like an electronic wallet, Passbook enables you to store your boarding pass in a dedicated location in your iPhone, as well as discount coupons, movie tickets, etc. When you check in via the Air France app, you receive your boarding pass in the QR code-2D bar code format which you can then add to your Passbook.

Close to departure time, a reminder is displayed on the phone’s screen: a simple “swipe” (action of sliding your finger across the iPhone screen) will instantly open the boarding pass, which can be used with all QR code-2D bar code readers (at passport control, boarding, etc.).
