The Trafalgar Hotel Rocks Up Its Event Spaces

Offering quintessential London views overlooking Trafalgar Square and Nelson’s Column, The Trafalgar Hotel, provides an idyllic venue for city centre meetings and events.

Making the most of its convenient and iconic location, the hotel is launching The Trafalgar Day Delegate Package, starting at just £49.00 per person. In addition, events organisers can also book the new Rockwell Private Dining Experience, perfect for post-meeting entertaining or corporate parties.

The Trafalgar Day Delegate Package

With a focus on comfort and functionality, The Trafalgar Day Delegate Package includes three refreshment breaks offering hot beverages and biscuits, Danish pastries on arrival and a working lunch. Also included in the rate is mineral water, meeting room hire, an LCD projector, 60” flatscreen monitor and flip chart, Wi-Fi internet access and stationery. FIA-250x250

With rates starting from £49.00 per person, there is also the option to include items from the Super Food Choices menu, designed to refresh minds and maximise performance. For a supplement of £5.00 per person, per item, choices include fresh fruit smoothies; pomegranate, Parma ham and cantaloupe salad and apricot, cranberry and walnut with granola, pumpkin and Greek yoghurt.

Rockwell Private Dining Experience

Hosted in Rockwell Room, with its private bar, modern décor and ambient lighting, The Rockwell Private Dining Experience is priced from £79.00 per person and can accommodate up to 80 guests. The package includes private dining room hire, canapés and a glass of sparkling wine on arrival, a three-course dinner from the chef’s signature menu and the choice of two bottled beers or half a bottle of house wine per person.

Dishes from the executive chef’s signature menu include ripe vine plum tomato, mozzarella, confit onion and a balsamic reduction; corn fed chicken supreme, asparagus, sauté  potato, piquillo peppers and basil jus; three cheese tortellini, sauté wild mushrooms and truffle butter sauce; and vanilla and red fruit crème brûlée.

In addition to Rockwell Room, the hotel has four other events spaces. These include Vista, one of central London’s largest rooftop bars, Rockwell Bar, the Boardroom and Strategy Room:


Vista offers four distinct spaces; The Gallery, Vista Bar & Grill, Vista VIP and Vista Lounge. Perfect for alfresco drinking and dining, Vistaoffers a variety of refreshing and bespoke cocktails to complement its savoury food menu. The venue offers spectacular views of The London Eye, Big Ben, The Shard, Nelson’s Column and Trafalgar Square, providing the perfect backdrop for private events. Vista is available for private hire and can accommodate up to 180 guests.

Rockwell Bar

Rockwell Bar features sleek, elegant design and an innovative menu including health conscious cocktails and delicious bites. Ideal for private drinks and canapé receptions, Christmas parties and corporate events such as exhibitions and product launches, Rockwell Bar offers a stylish daytime destination and a buzzing evening venue.


A decadent meeting space featuring original 1930’s wood panelling and offering floor to ceiling windows overlooking Trafalgar Square. This bright and airy space is ideal for corporate meetings, private dining, presentations and workshops and can accommodate up to 50 guests.

Strategy Room

A contemporary events space complete with state-of-the-art audio visual equipment and natural light. The interactive and dynamic Strategy Room is ideal for presentations, workshops and meetings for up to 40 delegates.
