The Travel Corporation Brands Celebrate Success At The 2013 National Travel Industry Awards

Trafalgar celebrated a double dose of success at the annual National Travel Industry Awards (NTIA) on Saturday evening, winning the coveted  Best Tour Operator – International, for the second consecutive year and Suzy McPhail scooping Best Sales Executive – Industry Supplier.

Contiki also picked up an award thanks to Stephen Galloni being crowned Rookie of the Year – Supplier, with two more of the Contiki sales team making it to finalist stage in the category.

Creative Holidays, AAT Kings and Insight Vacations also received accolades as finalists in the categories of Best Wholesaler – Australian Product, Best Wholesaler – International Product, Best Tour Operator – Domestic and Best Tour Operator – International, respectively.

Presented at The Hordern Pavilion on Saturday night, the NTIA ceremony was attended by 1200 travel industry professionals recognising the high standards of excellence in the tourism sector, rewarding organisations and individuals who continually deliver an outstanding contributions and levels of service.

Commenting on the collective TTC achievements, John Weeks, CEO, The Travel Corporation Australia “On behalf of all Travel Corporation brands I would like to express thanks to everyone in the industry for the unrelenting support and recognition.”

The Travel Corporation continues to be a proud sponsor of NTIA and presented the award for Best International Airline – Online to category winner, Emirates.
