This means time to explore the rainforest and coast, relax at the spa and of course enjoy our beautiful restaurant and luxurious treehouse style accommodation.”
Arrival to the lush rainforest surrounds of the Lodge is via the Captain Cook Highway which stretches across some of the most scenic coastline in Australia. Silky Oaks’ enviable location is the only place on earth where two World Heritage listed sites meet; the Great Barrier Reef and Daintree National Park. It’s this proximity to both that allows such ease of access to some of the world’s most spectacular scenery and experiences.
At Silky Oaks Lodge, guests are instantly met with the sounds of native wildlife and the rushing of the Mossman River. The open sided Treehouse Restaurantfronts directly onto the river, and serves rainforest inspired fare that focuses utilising native ingredients and the freshest local produce. A true one of a kind restaurant experience, the restaurant is the region’s premier dining destination.

Helicopter exploration is another element that adds to an Ultimate Silky Indulgence stay.
