Wynn Las Vegas and Encore have been voted  “Best Resort in Las Vegas” in the 26th Annual Readers’ Choice Awards issue of Conde Nast Traveler magazine.

A record-breaking 79,268 readers participated in the survey, close to double the number of survey takers in 2012. Over a million votes were cast for more than 16,000 properties around the world to determine the world’s best hotels, resorts, cities, islands, cruise lines and airlines. Wynn excelled in the Top 10 Hotels in Las Vegas, securing no. 1 in this category.

“The 12,000 members of our Wynn family are so focused on creating memorable experiences for our guests, it’s truly gratifying to all of us to be recognized by frequent and sophisticated travelers,” said Maurice Wooden, president of Wynn Las Vegas and Encore. “Making our guests happy is what we enjoy doing every day.”

Readers rated the resort’s dining options, location, overall design, rooms, service, and activities/facilities. Wynn and Encore scored an overall rating of 92.2. Survey participants praised the resort’s “outstanding rooms” noting, that the “suites are meticulous about every detail” and that “the hotel has amazing facilities.”
