MPSI (Meeting Planner Satisfaction Index) is a customer satisfaction survey sent to Meeting Planners upon conclusion of an event and is designed to gather data for hotels to improve the brand and each individual hotel’s position in the marketplace. In 2014, The Westin Bonaventure Hotel and Suites ended the year with the highest overall experience score for all Westin Hotels with an MPSI overall satisfaction score of 4.78 out of 5.0.
