The Westin Sydney now offers a fully immersive VR system that clients can use to visualise what their event will look like in their chosen event space. The ability to now ‘be in the room’, with the setup of your choice, helps the event come to life.

The ability to see your event from different angles or view alternative floorplans, sitelines, screen positions and even theming and decorative treatments can all be evaluated prior to the event; taking away the guesswork.

Event Organisers can also receive a custom VR image sent directly to their smart device or desktop; a great tool when not able to visit the venue in person.

The Heritage Ballroom is a unique event space with 11 metre high ceilings and a capacity of 260 banquet or 350 theatre style. The adjacent Heritage Conference Centre offers 8 specialised meeting rooms, all featuring natural light and in-built technology. The Heritage Executive Boardroom and five of the six specialised meeting rooms also include the same built-in audiovisual capabilities of the ballroom including MATV, telephone and ISDN lines and computer LAN outlets.
