The East Indian Trade Co has curated modern experiences by drawing on the essence of ancient trade route arrangements. Following along with logbook entries and shipping journals from merchants, urban rulers, nomads, missionaries and caravans of the 16th century – modern day travellers are able to indulge in sophisticated, classic cocktails, elegantly influenced by the authenticity of their humble beginnings.

The selection is available at selected high end hotels such as QT Bondi (shortly to be rolled out in QT Nationwide), Sofitel, Establishment (Merivale), Paperbark Camp; and many more to be rolled out this month.  The team is also in discussions to offer the cocktails on selected business class flights leaving Australia, and will be launching in Malaysia in early 2017.

The base range has 8 traditional style cocktails, with exclusive, customised cocktails being prepared for some venues (such as QT Bondi).  All cocktails are made in Australia and where possible, using Australian spirits.

  1. Buttered Rye & Cranberry Sour
  2. Sazerac
  3. Negroni
  4. The Bittered Sling
  5. Gin Martini
  6. Vodka Martini
  7. Espresson Martini
  8. Manhattan.

The East Indian Trade Co will continue to release exclusive and limited release cocktails which will be inspired by tales of ancient merchants and travellers, brought to live in collaboration with world class mixologists from around the Globe.
