Start brunch with the lively Antipasto buffet bar, a feast for the eyes piled high with colourful salads, lashings of fresh cold cuts and roast beef and nutty Italian cheese.

Once the appetite is awoken, the Primi Piatti brings hot freshly-made dishes to the table for guests to share and get stuck into.  Chef Stefano invites brunch-goers to taste and smell an Italian Nonna’s kitchen with his rich M.M.M (My Mamma’s Meatballs), delicate and creamy Asparagus Flan with parmesan cheese fondue and his take on a brunch staple, the cheese sandwich, with the FriedMozzarella Sandwich with tangy tomato sauce.

The feast isn’t over yet; the Secondi has an offering of authentic Italian Dishes that pack a flavourful punch for guests to order per person or share among the table. Enjoy Italian homemade pasta made freshly that morning in the Papardelle with Duck Ragu or indulge in Chef Stefano’s signature Butcher’s Cut for thick juicy cuts of top quality beef.

Ensuring guests are suitably topped up, Pirata offers two free flow options. For HKD180 enjoy a choice of prosecco, bellini, wine and beer, or for those who wish to whet their pallet with unlimited aperitivo, the HKD228 option includes the above with added Italian favourites Negroni, Aperol spritz and vermouth.
