Featured signature small-bites include freshly shucked Maryland OystersProsciutto Croquettes, and the hotels signature dessert, Baked Alaska served in a cast-iron skillet. Refresh your taste buds and try one of signature craft cocktails like theGold & Grain, made with Smooth Ambler Rye, Infused Blood Orange and Absinthe. The Rooftop Bar & Lounge even features its own barrel-aged Manhattan cocktail which is aged on property and comes in limited amounts as the barrels are only tapped a few times a year. This rare cocktail, at $22 per glass, is made with Dad’s Hat Pennsylvanian Rye, Dolin Sweet Vermouth and Byrhh Quinquina.

The venue is also one of the most coveted spots by locals who are “in the know” especially during major D.C. celebrations like Fourth of July where guests have breathtaking views of the fireworks displays.

The Rooftop Bar and Lounge is also home to an intimate indoor and outdoor infinity pool which is open all-year round and is a comfy refuge even in the winter. The indoor section of the infinity pool is adorned with a fire pit on both sides.
