skiers-and-snowboarders-enjoying-the-snow-at-mt-huttAfter receiving 35cms of wind affected snow from last week’s storm, Friday provided some great powder stashes for skiers and snowboarders to enjoy. The fresh covering topped up main trails, and snow groomers did an amazing job keeping trails in “tip top shape” for guests skiing over the weekend.

Mt Hutt hosted two days of ski races for young alpine ski racers from around New Zealand – the Junior Interfields and New Zealand Youth Series. The Norwegian Womens Ski Team were also training on the mountain.
