Three Drake Hotel Senior Sales Associates Recognized With 2015 Hilton Worldwide Circle Of Excellence Award
The Drake Hotel is proud to congratulate three senior sales associates for receiving the 2015 Circle of Excellence Award for performing in the top 10 percent of catering and sales professionals in the Hilton Hotels & Resorts brand in revenue.
The annual recognition program exemplifies Sales, Catering, and Event Service team members within the Hilton Worldwide family, who achieve their annual sales and catering revenue goals. To be eligible to receive this prestigious award, the team members were required to complete training courses, earn a positive performance score, demonstrate leadership qualities and achieve sales excellence.
On June 1, Hilton Worldwide recognized Jacqueline Collins, senior sales manager; Antoinette Cahill, director of social catering; and Shaun Rajah, associate director of catering, with the 2015 Circle of Excellence Award ceremony held at Hilton Los Cabos Beach & Golf Resort. Collins is a recipient for the second consecutive time, while Cahill and Rajah are newly inducted into the program.

The first hotel sales department in the country was established at The Drake Hotel promptly after World War II in an effort to maintain high occupancy and service standards. For nearly a century, the same sales philosophy has been upheld by this generation of sales and catering associates.
