The festively-motivated chefs at Gourmandises chic Thai-French patisserie, at the entrance to Swissôtel Nai Lert Park Bangkok Hotel, have created a new salad, sandwich and dessert to welcome the celebrations in December. Throughout December, savor three delectable menus that subtly blend fine international ingredients picked for their freshness, quality and authenticity.
Shrimp Fruity Salad (THB 280++) Take sweet, ripe honeydew melon, dragon fruit, papaya, strawberry and apple and create a classic fruit salad. Then add tender fresh steamed shrimp and arrange among organic salad leaves. Drizzle with yogurt dressing.
Tuna & Asparagus Baguette (THB 350++) It’s hard to imagine a better freshly-baked baguette. We slice prime Akami tuna loin and complement with the slight bight of green asparagus and Italian basil. Add in-season salad leaves, plump Greek olives and sliced vine tomato and we think you’ll agree.
Valrhona Pistachio Cake (THB 899++) In keeping with the festive emphasis on delectable excellence, our passionate patissiers have created a divine chocolate ganache cake which becomes even more irresistible when spread with pistachio chocolate mousse, cocoa jelly and marmalo. It’s a celebration in itself.
All items are freshly made by Gourmandises’ expert chefs and served in the relaxing garden-view patisserie or to take away from December 1 till New Year’s Eve inclusive only!
