Time for Taiwan

egtmedia59Taiwan Tourism clearly believe that their tiny island nation has a lot to offer conference, incentive and meeting groups who take the time to explore the options that are available, and they are using AIME 2014 to showcase a number of those options.

Yes Taiwan has some great hotels, and they are adding new properties at a great rate, with a new Mandarin and a new Marriott both due to open in the next few months.  Yes they have great history and the National Palace Museum has a host of Ming Dynasty More-fun-in-the-Philippines_250X250pxexhibits that are second to none, including those found in the Forbidden City in Beijing, at least according to the Taiwan Tourism Bureau.

Beyond that however Taiwan is a foodie paradise, with food rating very highly in the list of things most enjoyed during a visit and an incredible 70% of all travelers saying the highlight of their visit was the Taipei night markets and the incredible mix of food on offer.

You can stay connected in Taiwan as well; as throughout the capital Taipei free Wi Fi is on offer to all, and that in itself may well prove to be an attraction to businesses large and small.  There is also a range of incentives available for companies bringing major meetings or conferences to the country and details of these are available from Tourism Taiwan.
