TIME encourages industry professionals of any age or experience level to apply for its 25th mentoring intake, reminding potential applicants that there are no age or experience restrictions on the program.
“The TIME board acknowledges that there’s a perception of youth when it comes to mentees but that is, in reality, unfounded”, says program founder Penny Spencer.
“When I first heard of TIME I thought, ‘What a great idea for young people starting out in the industry!’”, says 2016 graduate Sabina Ziolkowski who enrolled in TIME some 20 years into her professional life
“Having now graduated, I realise how wrong my perception was. The TIME team did a brilliant job matching me with a mentor who had just the insights and experience that I needed at that point in my career”, says Sabina.
24 intakes of mentees have completed their mentoring programs with TIME, accelerating the leadership paths of 150 graduates from more than 60 travel, tourism and hospitality businesses.
And right now, TIME is calling for expressions of interest from aspiring industry leaders wishing to take action and develop their skills, networks and advance their careers.
The next TIME intake commences on 22 February 2017.
For more information, or to be part of the program’s 25th intake, aspiring participants are encouraged to visit the TIME website or contact Marie Allom:
Expressions of interest must be received by 31 January 2017.
TIME is proud to support talented future leaders by helping them realise their potential and accelerate their careers through mentoring.
