Featuring succulent lobster embellished with a specially concocted spicy sambal sauce, theLobster Nasi Lemak comes complete with crispy fried chicken and fish coated with a spice-infused marinade. The aromatic rice bathed in rich coconut milk is topped with the local favorite of a sunny side up and complemented with house-made achar, fried anchovies, peanuts and cucumber slices.

The Giant Beef Rib Rendang will please meat lovers with a generous serving of beef rib, cooked to tender fork-pulled perfection and accompanied by our Executive Chef’s house-made rendang sauce. Pair your dining experience with house-made achar, fried egg and papadum.
