One TripAdvisor review said, “Love the ice cream and sorbets, good sizes for the kids, amazing people serving and all round great customer service.“ 

5.       Tea Gardens Ice Cream Shack, Tea Gardens, NSW

Located in the beautiful Tea Garden region, North of Newcastle, Tea Garden Ice Cream Shack is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy an afternoon delight. A TripAdvisor reviewer exclaimed, “What a lovely little spot to finish up your day at Tea Gardens before getting back on the ferry! Staff were so friendly and the choice of ice-creams was amazing!”

Flavours include salted caramel, pistachio, nutella and traditional chocolate. “Delightful owners, exceptional Gelato made from the best ingredients, and pancakes that are out of this world,” said a TripAdvisor reviewer.

Located in Kirra, one of the most iconic spots on the Gold Coast, My Gelato is the perfect spot to enjoy a hand-crafted gelato while enjoying the ocean or strolling down Kirra Beach. One TripAdvisor reviewer noted, “Phenomenal gelato in a variety of flavours. There is limited seating but it tastes better sitting on the beach!”

Nestled amongst the Jacaranda-lined streets of Grafton, I Scream is the perfect spot for an afternoon treat on a hot summer’s day. A TripAdvisor reviewer said, “Best ice cream around. Lovely clean retro cafe, very friendly staff. Homemade salted caramel ice cream amazing!”
