One of Perth’s leading apartment hotels has become the latest high-quality property to join the 150-strong Best Western Australasia hotel and resort network.

The Best Western Northbridge Apartments is in the heart of Perth’s inner-city cultural precinct and just a 10-minute walk from the CBD.

Owner Daniel Godoy said Best Western’s strong consumer brand recognition, marketing capabilities and an excellent loyalty program were major incentives to join its growing network.

“I wanted to be part of a global accommodation group that will help me grow my business,” said Mr Godoy.

“I also liked the security of having such a well-known brand behind me.”587240_num1182410_600x600

He said Perth is a competitive accommodation market with more stock coming on over the next 12 months.

“There’s a lot of competition in Perth and to succeed it’s absolutely crucial to have the right branding and marketing,” he said.

“The results so far with Best Western have been very encouraging.”

The Best Western Northbridge Apartments features 44 one, two and three bedroom apartments featuring a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, private balcony or patio and spacious lounge and dining areas.

There’s also an outdoor pool and spa while guests have access to an off-site gymnasium and local restaurant with charge-back facilities.

Northbridge is the centre of Perth’s social life with galleries, cafes, bars, nightclubs, markets and restaurants all within easy reach, as are Perth Arena, Kings Park, Perth Arts Centre and the Elizabeth Quay dining precinct.
