Travel Counsellors Australia General Manager, Tracy Parkinson comments; “We have identified that the Corporate Travel sector represents huge growth potential for our Travel Counsellors, due to the fact that our highly experienced network of agents offer a superior level of service well suited to corporate and group bookings. Organisations are recognising the value in the level of the bespoke service and expertise we provide, compared to booking travel online. These impressive first quarter sales figures are a good reflection of the interest that Travel Counsellors is currently receiving from the Corporate Travel sector – a trend we expect to continue throughout the year and well into the future.”

This Corporate Travel growth follows the successful launch of the company’s new sub-brand ‘Travel Counsellors for Business’ and a new-look corporate website (www.tctravelmanagement.com.au) earlier this year. These new developments mark a continued investment in the company’s Corporate Travel strategy, with this division now accounting for half of the growth of the business over the past 4 years

Tracy adds; “What’s more, with corporate Travel Counsellors on the ground in eight countries, our agents are able to offer a comprehensive client support service around the clock. We will continue to utilise our global presence to grow further in our business division.”

Tara Morgan, Frankston-based Travel Counsellor comments; “I’ve noticed that corporate clients love that they can call me to amend their booking, or book large groups with ease – something that isn’t easily navigable when booking travel online by yourself. My clients really do appreciate the personal, tailor-made service that I offer. It’s the small details like providing printed documentation and being available to amend bookings outside of standard business hours which are added bonuses that corporate clients really appreciate when booking with me.”
