Travel Industry Network (TIN) has expanded their online training offerings with the launch of their Specialist Program platform. Wholesalers and tourism bodies can now effectively educate travel agents on their products and destinations with their own comprehensive, online training courses and modules, at a time that is mutually convenient.

“It was a natural evolution to add the Specialist Program option to the training platform that we currently offer’, says Sabina Ziolkowski, founder of Travel Industry Network. “Wholesalers and tourism bodies rely on their reps to go out to meet agents, either at tradeshows or one-on-one trainings. Unfortunately, they can’t be everywhere and meet with everyone.”

“With our Specialist Program platform they can now effectively provide consistent, comprehensive trainings to a greater reach of agents,” continues Ziolkowski, “which will help agents sell products and destinations with a greater understanding and confidence to their clients, and allow the reps to concentrate on providing dedicated one-on-one support.”

The interactive Specialist Training modules have a strong visual and multimedia element, which agents will be assessed on at the completion of each module, and they will have this resource to reference whenever they need to draw on specific information.

Are you a RTO? What are your teaching/training credentials and qualifications? I don’t see them on your website?
