Travellanda announces that its reservations department now provides around the clock support to its clients 24 hours a day, seven days a week to enhance its customer service on a global level.
Travellanda Head of Online, Arzu Sutcu, said: “We are very excited to have our reservations department open 24/7. It has been on our roadmap for some time and we have always ensured clients are able to receive support out of hours for critical needs, but since expanding the team we are now in a position to help clients from all around the world at any time of the day or the night. This project was made possible by our dedicated reservations team, but I would like to especially thank Giulia Ramondini, FIT Reservations Supervisor and Sirirat Ruangrit, Bangkok Office Manager as they played a pivotal role to ensure that the project reached fruition.”
