Travellers Choice unveils revamped Cruise Club

Travellers Choice has unveiled a new-look Cruise Club offering members tailored products, a new-level of personalised marketing and the chance to earn extra commissions.

The new program gives members the ability to sell fully-packaged product developed specifically for Travellers Choice by specialist wholesaler The Cruise Team.

Travellers Choice CEO Christian Hunter says the cruise packages will meet consumer needs while providing the group’s members with a competitive edge.

“These are complex and sophisticated products that bring together all elements of a cruise holiday – not just the cruise voyage itself – into one attractively-priced, all-inclusive deal,” says Hunter. “For consumers they offer excellent value and piece-of-mind.

“Tailored products also allow our cruise specialist members to differentiate themselves from those competitors offering off-the-shelf deals, and helps create the kind of ‘sticky’ relationships every smart agent is looking to create with valued clients.”

Members of the revamped Cruise Club will also be rewarded through a new tier-targeted incentive program providing bonus commission, and have the opportunity to join – at a subsidised rate – The Cruise Team’s specialist program, which generates sales leads through year-round consumer promotions and significant online and print advertising.

Travellers Choice is complimenting this broad-based advertising activity with high-quality, printed, direct mail campaigns, which the company is sending out to nominated customers on behalf of Cruise Club members.

“These are highly-targeted, personalised campaigns with a call-to-action guaranteed to generate business and help maintain an ongoing relationship between Cruise Club members and their valued customers.

“By coordinating these campaigns, Travellers Choice is not only saving Cruise Club members considerable time and effort, we are ultimately allowing them to focus on what they do best – selling holidays.”

All Travellers Choice Cruise Club members will continue to receive full CLIA membership, regular news and business tips, and support for cooperative local press advertising.
