Travelmarvel has announced a series of consumer ‘Information Sessions’ across four states, all of which are designed to bring its portfolio of premium holidays to life for prospective clients while also generating increased sales for travel agents.
At each event Travelmarvel’s team of knowledgeable experts will showcase a wide range of destinations and travel styles. From river cruising in Europe and Asia to land touring in Canada and Alaska, Australia and New Zealand, Travelmarvel’s portfolio of premium journeys will be covered in depth.
The events are free of charge to attend and locations and dates are as follows:
Floreat, Western Australia – Thursday 1 September 2016 at The Boulevard Centre Floreat
Glen Waverley, Victoria – Tuesday 6 September 2016 at the Novotel Glen Waverley
Parramatta, New South Wales – Thursday 8 September at the Parkroyal, Parramatta
Brisbane, Queensland – Tuesday 20 September 2016 at the Novotel Brisbane
Travelmarvel’s Commercial Manager Susan Haberle said the events are a great opportunity for agents to grow their business with the brand, “Travelmarvel is a popular choice for clients who want to have a high quality holiday at a great value price. We’ve put together these events to help them better understand the destinations that we visit and the travel styles and inclusions that we cover. While the aim is to help them to better understand which holiday might be the right fit, inevitably these events drive high levels of bookings on the day. Agents love our info sessions because they receive all the commission from any sales generated, both on the day itself and thereafter.”
The Information Sessions provide exclusive discounts and offers for attendees who book with their travel agent during or immediately after the event; they transfer client bookings made on the day back the travel agent; and clients are given the option of taking their Information Session discount voucher in store to book with their preferred travel agency. In addition, Travelmarvel also refers clients who may not have a travel agent to a preferred agency in their area.
Travelmarvel reminds agents that space is limited so early registrations are advised. Agents should register their clients listing their agency details so that Travelmavel can ensure bookings are made in their agency name.
