Travelmarvel has its sights set on China, launching a new dedicated brochure for the destination in 2015. Featuring three itineraries and offering a combined total of 16 departures, according to Travelmarvel General Manager, David Cox, the new program offers exceptional value premium cruising and touring:

“We have taken a bold move with this destination for 2015, reducing the cost of our most popular tour to offer one set price across all departures. This price reduction means guests will pay up to $600 per person less compared to our peak date for 2014. Furthermore we’ve added extra days to our other two itineraries but have maintained the 2014 price for each. With centrally located four-star hotels, excellent inclusions and a companion fly free offer in conjunction with Singapore Airlines, we hope our travel agents will agree when we say Travelmarvel’s China program offers exceptionalunnamed (5) value.”

Travelmarvel’s most popular tour, the 13-day Imperial China, is being offered at the set price of $3,995 per person, twin share, across all departure dates. The trip includes three nights in Beijing, a four night Yangtze river cruise aboard the MS Victoria Jenna or MS Victoria Katarina, two nights in Xi’an, a night in Wuzhen and two nights in Shanghai.

As well as staying at centrally located four star hotels, including the newly added Shanghai Ocean Hotel, the trip includes China’s ‘big four’ iconic sights: a cable car ride to the world-famous Great Wall of China; the Terracotta Warriors; the Giant Pandas at Chongqing Zoo; and a Yangtze river cruise. Culinary highlights on the trip include a Peking Duck banquet in Beijing; a local dumpling banquet and Tang Dynasty show, and the chance to explore street food stalls in the Muslim quarter in Xi’an; and the chance to partake in a traditional tea ceremony in Shanghai’s Yu Yuan Gardens.

The other two featured itineraries are the 25-day China Vietnam & Cambodia Discoverer; and the 30-day Iconic Asia which combines China, Vietnam and Cambodia and features cruises on the Yangtze river, Ha Long Bay and the Mekong.

All tours within Travelmarvel’s program are inclusive of premium accommodation, most meals, all flights within Asia, sightseeing, the services of a Travelmarvel Tour Director, airport transfers, port charges and tipping.

Travelmarvel is offering two Earlybird Specials on bookings made by 30 November 2014: a ‘Companion Fly Free, including taxes’ deal for China holidays departing March to October 2015; and a ‘Fly Free, including taxes’ on all China and Vietnam combined itineraries of 24 days or longer, departing March to October 2015. International flights are with Singapore Airlines. Offers are subject to availability and terms and conditions apply.
