Travelmarvel Reveals New Positioning

The rapid success of Travelmarvel has prompted the company to unveil a new logo and company tagline – ‘Travelmarvel, Travel More’.

According to Travelmarvel General Manager, David Cox, the new positioning is much more reflective of guests’ expectations and experiences with the brand:

“Australians and New Zealanders travel more than other nationalities. Those who choose to travel with Travelmarvel do so because they are well researched and enjoy securing the best price and deal. In doing so, the savings they achieve enable them to travel more often or travel to more destinations on longer trips. That is what is important to our guests and trade partners, and that’s also what is driving our growth. We’ve therefore changed our positioning to better reflect this fact, thus providing a more contemporary representation of our business.”

The premium cruise and tour operator has achieved over 100 per cent growth in forward sales in the last twelve months and in September 2013, David Cox took up the role of General Manager as the company became a separate entity within the APT Business Unit, which also comprises the APT and Botanica World Discoveries brands.

As well as unveiling the new logo and positioning, Travelmarvel has also introduced a new website offering rich imagery, travel footage, and detailed travel and touring details – plus functions that allow quick easy ways to share information with clients.

The website ( combines a new clean, contemporary look with easier navigation, showcasing the range of Travelmarvel’s destinations and travel styles.  In particular, the new site features online brochures to view, travel videos and photo galleries, plus detailed itineraries with pricing and real time availability.
