Travelport hosted an exclusive airline partner event on Thursday 21 April 2016 at its Sydney office to showcase the technology provider’s industry-leading air merchandising solution, Rich Content and Branding. The event was attended by over 40 representatives from 20 airlines to hear about the latest capability enhancements, including the ability for carriers to send tailored offerings to specific travel agencies in targeted geographic regions, by the agencies’ IATA numbers, and/or by other identifiable attributes. Travel agents using Travelport’s Travel Commerce Platform are able to view an airlines fares, ancillaries, and tailored offering all within the same booking workflow, creating more up-sell opportunities.
