However at this year’s Sydney International Boat Show, Johnson Property Group will be offering mariners just that.
The developer behind the luxury waterfront $388 million Trinity Point marina project at Lake Macquarie is setting up a VIP display suite at the event, where serious boaties will be given the opportunity to register their interest in buying a luxury apartment or waterfront block of land and one of the 188 planned berths.
The first stage of the marina was recently approved by the Hunter Central Coast Joint Regional Planning panel, and will see the first 96 berths built, with construction due to begin by the end of the year.
Once complete, Trinity Point will also boast a five- star Hotel, luxury day spa and gym, business centre, 250 extravagant waterfront apartments, 121 residential land lots, a waterfront restaurant combined with an infinity pool, day beds and cabanas and a function centre overlooking the marina with panoramic lake views. Providing luxury resort living just 88 minutes north of Sydney’s CBD.
Johnson Property Group staff will be on hand to give prospective berth owners an intimate preview of what will be one of Australia’s most environmentally friendly marina’s.
The Sydney International Boat Show runs from Thursday 30th July to Monday 3rd August at the Cockle Bay Marina in Darling Harbour.
