The leading global travel website has recognized Lake, Jewel, Mammoth and Ngilgi Caves, as well as the Cape Leeuwin and Cape Naturaliste Lighthouses, with Certificates of Excellence – awarded to businesses that constantly achieve outstanding traveler reviews.
The two tourism associations, soon to be joined to form the Margaret River Busselton Tourism Association, cooperatively employ a large team of operations staff at the attractions including tour guides, environmental and natural resources professionals and a maintenance team.
The Margaret River, Busselton and Dunsborough Visitor Centres, also managed by AMRTA and GBTA, were also awarded Certificates for providing outstanding customer service.
AMRTA Chief Executive Officer Pip Close affirmed the significance of Trip Advisor for tourism businesses.
“Consumer opinion is paramount, and Trip Advisor is one of the most widely used methods of seeking travel advice,” said Ms Close.
“We are ecstatic to have been recognised by Trip Advisor for providing an outstanding customer experience at our attractions and visitor centres.”
“It is a testament to our extraordinarily hard working, friendly and dedicated staff,” she said.
