Trippas White Group celebrated the official opening of its second late night QVB dining venue last night (Wednesday 15 May), gathering industry and stakeholders at the new Reign Champagne Parlour & Bar.
The Australian hospitality pioneer gave media, industry and partners an extravagant taste of Reign’s carefully curated drinks and dining menus, each of which have been created by a highly experienced team including George Diamond, Group Executive Chef; Damien Worthington, Executive Chef; and Fabio Nistrio, Sommelier.
Located on level one of the QVB, Reign serves an extensive collection of Champagnes and sparkling wines from around the world alongside perfectly matched light share-plates, all within a light-filled, marble, brass and soft musk-toned space.
Trippas White Group Managing Director, Joseph Murray, said the launch of Reign marked a celebration of the resurgence of a vibrant and brilliant Sydney CBD nightlife as well as the growth of Trippas White Group’s portfolio.

The opening of Reign Champagne Parlour & Bar follows the recent debut of Esquire Drink + Dine and adds to Trippas White Group’s esteemed collection of venues that includes the Sydney Opera House; Sydney Tower; Botanic Gardens Restaurant; The Pavilion on the Domain; The Calyx; and many more.

Located on level one of the QVB, on the Druitt Street end, Reign serves up over 150 Champagnes and sparkling wines alongside an array of light share-plates.
