Recovery efforts are moving quickly and properties are coming back online and others will continue to over the next few months. The island of Espiritu Santo has not been affected and is operating normally.

Reduced room inventory and more rooms will be opened gradually after clean up and repair is done. Food and beverage facilities and certain activities are available and more will come back on line soon. Should you want to defer or cancel your current reservation, no penalty will apply prior to 1 May 2015.
Blue Pango Motel – closed until further notice.
Breakas Beach Resort – aims to have 14 Garden View Fares, the restaurant and the bar fully operational by 01 May, 2015 subject to supply and weather. They aim to have the remaining fares fully operational by 15 May, 2015.
Eratap Beach Resort – closed until 26 April, 2015
Gimini House – closed until end May 2015.
The Havannah – closed until 14 May, 2015. If anyone wishes to postpone their booking they may do so with no penalty. If anyone wishes to cancel their booking they may do so with no penalty. Travel up to 31 May 2015.
Holiday Inn Resort Vanuatu – closed for at least 6 months from April 2015. As such, the resort will not be accepting any bookings until such time it can establish an opening date. We are only able to advise on its opening at a later date. Please follow the resort’s Facebook page for updates. (https://www.facebook.com/holidayinnresortvanuatu) If you wish, we can take your email address and contact you when the resort starts accepting bookings again. Meanwhile, full refunds will be provided on any cancellations resulting from the resort’s closure following Cyclone Pam. Iririki Island Resort – The Resort will be closed until 30th November 2015 while repairs are made to the resort and facilities, and scheduled to reopen 1 December 2015 as a new and improved 4* International Island Resort which will be the pride of Vanuatu and the South Pacific region. The resort is offering guests the option to rebook (on current rates & promotions already confirmed by the Resort prior to 13th March 2015 with the validity period of travel effective from 1st December 2015 – 30th November 2016) or full cancellation (No charges are applicable in accordance with the contract where the 72 hour cancellation policy no longer applies to pre-existing bookings that was already confirmed).

Island Escape Cruises: The 2015 season is going ahead as scheduled and they are expecting all services and activities to be as planned. The hotels included in the cruise packages will be fully operational when the ship arrives along with the northern islands that are on the itinerary.

No other flights will be affected, so the company will still be operating the Monday, Wednesday and Saturday services in those weeks.
Travellers can change the date and destination to their Vanuatu tickets up to the 31st of May without penalty (fare difference must be paid). Also, all guests who are travelling up to, and including 31 May, can change the date of their travel by up to 30 days without any cost or hold the value of their ticket in travel bank for up to 12 months from time of ticket purchase.
