Tubac Golf Resort & Spa, a AAA-Four Diamond Resort, is proud to welcome Noel Daniel as the new Managing Director. With over 30 years of hotel experience, Noel is an established leader in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in every area of luxury resort operations. “We are delighted to have Noel as part of the team,” said Mike Allred, owner of Tubac Golf Resort & Spa. “We look forward to her expertise in continuing our tradition of excellence.”

Tubac Golf Resort & Spa, a member of the Historic Hotels of America, is a destination resort in Southern Arizona made famous as the location for many scenes in the movie Tin Cup starring Kevin Costner and Rene Russo. The Resort is a popular destination for golf getaways, destination weddings and corporate retreats. Noel will be responsible for the continuation of the resort’s outstanding guest experience as well as setting strategy for future growth.

Prior to joining the team at Tubac Golf Resort & Spa, Noel was the general manager at Madeline Hotel and Residences, an Auberge Resort in Telluride; Element 52, a luxury residential property in Telluride and Rancho Valencia Resort & Spa, a five-star, five diamond property in San Diego.

During her time in Telluride, Noel held several board seats including TMVOA (the master homeowners’ association in Mountain Village) representing the lodging community. She was also heavily involved in several community projects that resulted in growth for the destination. Throughout her career Daniel has cultivated a strong leadership style and gained expertise from roles such as director of operations, food and beverage director and rooms director at properties including The Lodge and Spa at Cordillera in Vail, Colorado; El Monte Sagrado in Taos, New Mexico and Casa Madrona in Sausalito, California. Noel earned a BS in Business from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
