The partnership has proven itself time and again with Leopard winning coveted marine industry awards going back over a decade including Boat of the Year in 2005, 2007, 2010 and 2012. The business has consistently delivered innovative design and unparalleled standards for seaworthiness and cruising performance, combined with a focus on comfort and an extensive equipment list.

Leopard Catamarans excitedly announces the new Leopard 40 (Moorings 4000 & Sunsail 404) which will make her Australian debut at the Sydney International Boat Show. The award winning Leopard 44 (Sunsail 443 & 444) and Leopard 48(Moorings 4800) will also be on display. Franck Bauguil, Vice President of Yacht Ownership and Sales for TUI Marine expressed his expectations for the Leopard 40, saying, “as a result of this very fruitful partnership the Leopard 40 is the logical progression of the Leopard mid-range model, based on the worldwide success of the Leopard 48 with added features. Bauguil went on to discuss the main saloon and the aft cockpit, saying, “The Leopard 40’s interior design is unlike any Leopardbefore her. Her galley is located forward and the settee and dining area is now located aft. This allows for a panoramic view with large sliding glass doors between the saloon and the aft cockpit. This arrangement promotes easy communication for guests and an open flow between the saloon and the aft cockpit. In addition, the galley area includes a large forward-facing window and an access door to the forward platform of the boat.

Both Sunsail and The Moorings will feature the new Leopard 40 in their charter fleet for the 2015/16 season.

All Leopard catamarans are equipped with high-powered engines, electronics, hard top bimini, high capacity water and fuel tanks, electric windlass and much more.
