Tigerair Australia has announced a pair of bumper sales today, gifting customers the chance to snap up a bargain airfare in the lead up to the Easter holiday period.

The ‘Pay to go one way, return for $1* sale’, which begins at midday (AEDT) today and runs until midday (AEDT) Friday 8 April, allows passengers to book a return sector flight from any Tigerair Australia domestic destination for just $1* for travel period extending from early May to late June 2016.

A special Bali sale was also released today, featuring cut-price fares from Melbourne, Perth and Adelaide to Denpasar starting from as low as $89*. The Bali sale commences at midday (AEDT) today and will run until midday (AEDT) Tuesday 22 March.

Head of Communications Vanessa Regan says, “The ‘Pay to go one way, return for $1* sale’ is incredible value when you consider it will cost you less to fly home with Tigerair Australia than it does for your daily newspaper or coffee. I’d encourage everyone to take a look under their couch cushions and in their car consoles for some spare change, so they can jump on tigerair.com.au and secure a bargain.

“With our new Bali services beginning on 23 March (next week), we also wanted to spread some of the excitement with heavily discounted fares to the popular leisure destination as we count-down the days until Tigerair Australia’s first ever international flights launch.”

Thousands of discounted fares are available for both sales, but customers are urged to plan ahead and book early to avoid any potential disappointment. The majority of the $1* return sector domestic fares are available mid-week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays), except for services to/from Coffs Harbour and to/from Whitsunday Coast which are available on all days that the airline flies to these destinations during the travel periods listed below.
