Tycoon Tann Announces Weekend Brunch

image014Weekends on Hong Kong’s Wellington Street just got tastier as Tycoon Tann announces a new brunch menu. Perfect for gatherings with family and friends, the much praised modern Chinese restaurant will offer an unlimited selection of dim sum, soups, rice and noodles, signature dishes and dessert every weekend, from eleven thirty till three thirty, from HKD $438 per person.

Start the indulgence with dim sum, soups and starters such as Iberico pork dumplings with scallop, crab meat spring rolls stuffed with cheese, shrimp dumplings with pork and elm fungus, mini octopus tossed with Sichuan spicy sauce, Wagyu beef shank with Sichuan pepper and chili sauce, deep-fried beancurd cubes with seven flavours chili pepper as well as hot and sour soup with seafood or baby spinach soup with beancurd.

Move on to the signature Tycoon Tann Peking Duck before making a plate of deep-fried crispy spare ribs with mandarin peel, sweet and sour Iberico pork fillet, wok-fried prawns with salty egg yolk and crispy rice and stir-fried French bean with spicy termite mushrooms.


Tycoon Tann  – Shrimp Dumplings with Pork and Elm Fungus

 Rice and noodle dishes cannot be forgotten at a Chinese restaurant. Be sure to taste the Charcoal-Grilled Hungarian Mangalica Hog with honey sauce served with rice that will bring back memories from days gone by. Bringing new flavours to Hong Kong, taste the purple potato noodles with shredded duck meat, braised homemade noodles with Yunnan ham and dried shrimp and pan-fried crispy noodles with prawns and black truffle.

 The Tycoon Tann brunch cannot be complete without its homemade mini egg tarts and steamed Xinjiang red dates cakes for dessert. For something a little more refreshing, order the chilled sago cream with mango, pomelo and aloe vera.

Tycoon Tann – Sweet and sour Iberico pork fillet

Guests choose from two brunch options: for HKD $438 per person (or HKD $238 per child under 10) they are treated to unlimited food and free flow juices, and soft beverages, or the HKD $588 per person option of unlimited food and free flow Baron de Rothschild Brut NV, cocktails from downstairs’ aesthetic Mod Bar, red and white wine, juice, and soft beverages. All prices are subject to 10% service charge.
