The striking, oval-shaped bar, which weighs 675 pounds (306 kilograms), is a first in the United States and is the only aquarium bar in the state of California. Sited in the open-air atrium located at the restaurant’s centre, diners enjoy a 360 degree view of the bar area, which is sheltered under dramatic fabric “sails.”
