UAS Breaking the Mold of ‘One-Size-Fits-All’ Travel Solutions

UAS has launched a new approach for its VIP travel services division: UAS Executive Travel. Its enhanced travel services come with a refreshed logo, customized services, a dedicated team, and multiple mechanisms for immediate and long-term feedback from partners and customers.

Executive Travel was established with the goal of providing access to VIP travel services at the most competitive rates for the leisure and business markets.  The corporate renovation comes in response to the needs of UAS’ business clients. “On some occasions, our business clients fly commercially and require the same VIP experience that we offer them when using private aviation, particularly with airport meet and assist services. By leveraging UAS’ existing network and global resources, our new travel division can ensure that business travellers, whether flying commercially or private, are guided through the airport terminal, passport control, immigration, customs clearance and VIP lounge up until the baggage claim hall, at any station worldwide,” says Avan Edibam, UAS Director Travel Services. “We also extend our services to crew members, assisting them with quality accommodations, transportation and air ticketing services to ensure they can relocate to any station on short notice,” she adds.

As the travel service division of a leading international trip support provider, business and leisure clients benefit from a multicultural staff that can provide local insight, remove linguistic barriers, develop best-in-class global travel programs, and, most importantly, collaborate with travelers and suppliers to ensure delivery of VIP-quality services and high levels of customer satisfaction.

UAS Executive Travel has done just that. It has implemented a global quality assessment strategy for identifying preferred suppliers in high-demand markets. And it will soon start fielding satisfaction surveys to travelers about their interactions with preferred agencies, hotels, and transportation partners. “We expect relentless support and focus on service quality from our preferred suppliers. We’ve made a promise to our clients to deliver a VIP experience, so we must ensure that our commitment to quality does not waver,” Edibam adds.

Executive Travel Requires a Personal Touch

The complexity of delivering high-standard services is compounded by local culture. Even within a given national or regional context, the needs and dispositions of executive travelers can be radically different. Corporations, industries, and families all have their unique dynamics that inform client expectations.

“We recognize a ‘one size fits all’ approach does not work,” says Avan Edibam, UAS Director Travel Services. “We need to respect and cater to the individuality of each client. We therefore assign each client an Executive Travel consultant who serves as a trusted partner in building a personalized, end-to-end package.”

The Executive Travel consultancy team consists of multinational travel professionals able to provide service in multiple languages. Members are available 24/7 and focus on delivering value-added option that can make all the difference to your travel experience.

New Approach, New Identity

The updated identity represents the shift in UAS Executive Travel’s overall vision, look, and message to complement and support UAS’ brand positioning – “Your Local Partner with Global Reach”. The logo has been modernized to represent the new luxury positioning yet maintains the integrity of UAS’ brand. The logotype is upright and powerful, underscoring the strength of the company, and a more mature color palette has been deployed to reflect the quality of service.
