U.S. Department of Commerce, Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) National Director Alejandra Y. Castillo, will moderate the panel discussion “Economy: Promoting Financial Literacy and Economic Empowerment for Latinos,” during the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute 2016 Annual Policy Conference. The session will discuss ways that corporations can promote economic opportunity and growth within Latino communities, specifically through financial literacy programs, STEM education, business development programs and entrepreneurial resources.
