UTair Aviation commits to Travelport agents

Travelport, a leading distribution services and e-commerce provider for the global travel industry, today announces a new agreement with UTair Aviation, a prominent Russian carrier.

The airline, which operates more than 100 daily flights to more than 110 destinations, has guaranteed full content for Travelport’s agencies in Russia and beyond.

“We have had a long and successful relationship with Travelport and this agreement further strengthens our partnership,” said Oleg Semenov, President, UTair-Passenger Transportation. “Reinforcing our commitment to Travelport’s customers is an important part of our distribution strategy and we are looking forward to working with them over the coming years.”

“The momentum behind our airline relationships in Russia this year has been excellent,” added Robin Ranken, Head of Airline Relationships for Europe. “We have made significant progress in continuing our commitment to provide unrivalled content for our agency customers and cost-effective and value-added distribution to all of our airline partners.”
